Laura grills Erica on what she ate, who she saw, and what part of the course was the hardest. Erica gives her non-biased review in a way that only Erica could give. It's Nike After Dark LA Recap time!
There's lots of impressions of Laura's mom on this episode. Erica heads to LA for Nike After Dark half marathon this weekend and she keeps having a recurring nightmare that the entire race leaves without her. So we are doing well!
We started and stopped 3 times (I tried to edit them together but you can totally tell). My 5 year old victorian era child scared the shit out of me when he interrupted our conversation to cry to me about how I forgot to walk with him to the spooky house tonight. Then, to top it off, my computer died and since it's 9 PM on a Monday and I am about to turn into a pumpkin, I called it quits. THANK YOU CHICAGO! That was so fun.
Laura looked at a man while boarding a plane and told him she hated him. That's how we are doing! SEE YOU ALL IN CHICAGO!!!!
She has only used a porta potty twice in her entire life and on the third attempt? Threw up in the urinal while actively peeing. This episode is a dooooozey. Enjoy!
What started as a fun creative project is bringing us so much joy (and hopefully you as well)! This week we chat about Erica's half marathon coming up next weekend, her nutrition plan, Laura considering a coach, and more about the Raygun doc that we can't get enough of.
We are coming to Chicago and want to meet as many of you as possible! Thanks to NOBULL we will be razzling and dazzling on Friday morning, October 9th, in Chicago for a nice walk/run and coffee after. All the details are on the @probablyfinepodcast instagram.
Team: Laura's mic didn't work for some reason so she's much more quiet than Erica. I thought about just trashing the episode but didn't want to do that since we still had a good time recording it. We will be back next week with higher quality! Bye!
